Are delicious! But Whitmans is even better because they are made in the USA…not just the chocolates (thank goodness for that), but the packaging as well!

My exciting day shall include recycling, donating stuff to the humane society,& wasting time on the computer. Yep, so exciting. Picture created with PicSay, a free app on my android phone. This is what you do when you are up at 3 am. I’m just on Eastern time already, in preparation for my trip to Florida.
I won this camera some time ago, so who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth. Final verdict though? I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. Most of the time I look at the pictures and feel like I need to get my eyes checked. I’d say I’m happy with the resulting pictures 30% of the time. Not a very high percentage. Sorry that’s not a very detailed review; just my final opinion.
Friday night I dragged my friend Annette to a Gingerbread Contest up at the Port of Bellingham (where the Alaska Ferry leaves from, which happened to be there at the time). There were some really amazing entries, including this steamboat, made entirely of gingerbread and candy. Wow!
(sorry for the crappy pictures though….the one downfall of the event was the set-up: many gingerbread houses on display in a small dark little area.)
