Conversations with Myself

A Take-It-Easy day, much appreciated. We did a lot of driving to get here, but once we got to Quartzite, the land of the snowbirds, that was it. We were done for the day. We fueled up, strolled around the fairgrounds set up like a small flea market, got some munchies, then headed out to the BLM land to settle down for the night. Amongst saguaro cacti, mesquite and creosote, (and a few other RV’s), under the brightly lit stars, we drank our wine and ate our mac & cheese with SPAM. This is living! Or at least camping…camping in an RV. Plus the campground was free!
